The Jumpsuit I Never Want To Take Off

When I was working in a Topshop in London at the beginning of last month I managed to pick up this amazing jumpsuit. A month on and I basically live in it; with its roomy style, it’s comfy enough to be pyjamas, no tight body-con fabric or restricting sleeves, I feel so free in it! It was essential for working nightshift, keeping me cool in a humid London store with broken air con.

I’ve always had a shapeless figure, each magazine calls it something different: column, pillar, boy-ish, straight, banana etc. I’ve never been bothered about this but I know some people are, so to all those column gals out there this jumpsuit is the perfect style for you – sometimes this shapeless shape does have its pros!

Personally I think this jumpsuit is styled best when left alone to hang loose, however it could be worn with a plain white tee underneath for some casual layering or dressed up with some high heels and a leather jacket.

At only £42 it feels much more premium than you’d expect. It’s difficult to tell from the photos as it was so sunny the day these shots were done but the fabric is almost a brushed silk so from some angles where the light catches, the colour changes to a dark grey.
